Bernard Boudet was very professional and informative. He was hands on and extremely knowledgeable. I appreciate him very much for explaining to me the issue and was able to repair in the same visit. 10/10 rating and would recommend.
Very quick and very reasonable. Blower motor went out. Cameron diagnosed the problem and had it fixed in no time. Also helped me with cost because of a fixed budget. Will definitely call and refer them for all future needs. If all your techs are as good and respectful as Cameron then I see many more favorable reviews coming your way. He is a definite credit to Accutemp.
Tony was an amazing electric tech. He came out early, was clean and respectful, and got right to work. He photoed and documented all work along the way and had great attention to detail. He worked a long day to make sure everything got re-wired today as we were in a time crunch. I highly recommend Tony for any electrical work you may have.
DaJohn was a tremendous help! He was able to figure our quickly what was wrong with my thermostat and had a replacement on hand. Service was easy to schedule though Accutemp's website and I was able to get a tech that same day. Pricey, but in the understandable way for tradesmen repair and it was worth every penny to make sure every thing working and there were no other underlying issues.
I had an excellent experience with the Chas Patterson from Accutemp. He arrived on time, was professional and courteous, and was very knowledgeable in explaining everything related to the system and the repairs needed. He took the time to thoroughly inspect the unit, clearly explain the issue, and walk me through the repair process in a way that was easy to understand, answering all of my questions without rushing. The repair was completed efficiently, and he made sure the system was working properly before leaving. I also appreciated how respectful he was of my home, leaving the area clean and organized. Since the service, my HVAC system has been running smoothly and efficiently. I would highly recommend his services to anyone in need of reliable and knowledgeable HVAC repair.
