Forrest B. was our handyman for several jobs. He is a highly experienced craftsman who takes pride in all his jobs, both big and small. He is very conscientious and thorough - the job is not finished until the finished product meets his high expectations. Forrest is also friendly and courteous. He takes care to wear booties in the house and thoroughly cleans up the work area. We plan to request Forrest again for future work. You may trust Forrest to give you excellent service -- every time!

I was disappointed with the overall service. During the initial appointment, the service provider did not call or notify me that he was running late. After waiting 45 minutes past the scheduled time, I had to call the company myself to find out what was going on. The appointment was then rescheduled. Unfortunately, the second appointment also did not start on time, as the serviceman arrived 20 minutes late. While the bannister was repaired, I was told that I could finish the job myself by applying putty. I had expected the repair to be fully completed as part of the service. While I appreciate that the banister was fixed structurally, the lack of communication, repeated lateness and incomplete finishing work made this a frustrating experience.
JP from Ace Handyman Services has performed three separate jobs for us in the last few weeks, and did an excellent job with all of them. He was polite and friendly and worked very hard. I definitely recommend him!
Very poor customer service. Job was not done as promised leaving the property unprotected during the work . The employee assured me that will not happen on day 1.After i called and complain I hear that nothing i said was true ,,basically calling me a liar. Property has 2 gates we left one open for their access, and without no permission they disassembled the 2 nd gate(see pictures )that has nothing to do with the contract nor needed repairs and left completely open ajar ,like you can see on the pictures . Their manager told me on the phone that nothing to worry because there was nothing to be secured in the backyard. Like this is his own property, and he decides what needed be secured or not, and not worried at all if the pets from the house could run away .. Definitely never again using this service for my rental properties again. Stay away and don't waste your money with companies with customer service like this . And when you call they give you attitude . Definitely don't waste your money and get a different contractor.I contacted corporate today and lets see what they will do about it. Waiting for the manager to call me and apologize
