Wow!!! Had an unexpected major door problem and Cooper arrived within hours of my call in the midst of all the snow. He explained everything in simple terms, what the options and prices were and I was able to make an informed choice. He worked quickly and efficiently. For any person that wants a quality door repair, ask for Cooper. He cares about the quality of his work.
Ron did a fantastic job of installing a pair of handrails on our front porch. He phoned before arriving, arrived on time, explained what he was going to do and got on with it. He finished earlier than expected and so the cost was lower than expected. We are absolutely delighted with the work Ron did for us. This is the second time we have asked ACE Handyman Services to do some work for us and we definitely ask again when we need more work done.
A technician named Jay came out this morning to clean out the leaves from my troughs on the roof of my house and he did a very thorough job cleaning it! He was both friendly and professional and he definetly deserves a 5 star rating! He went the extra mile and moved a few rocks I asked him to move for me too! When I hire Ace Handyman in the future for my next project, I will ask for Jay by name. Thank you Jay!
Jay and Ron were assigned to my project. They had to replace some wooden planks on the face of the property. Some of them required special cuts due to the design. They showed up and immediately went to work. They showed great detail in their craftsmanship and also provided helpful tips on how to achieve the best result for the finished product. The first guy I hired made a first appearance, did mediocre work and disappeared for two weeks without a word. Jay and Ron of Ace came by and made the project right. Highest marks for their professionalism and attention to detail!
