Carvell - did an amazing job with our home repairs. He arrived onsite, quickly assessed the scope of work, then took a quick trip to the hardware store for supplies. Once he returned he completed all work in roughly 40 minutes. Great to have a service like Ace Handyman for miscellaneous projects. Equally important, the turnaround was less than a few hours from the initial call to completion of service. My parents are elderly and need a reliable contractor service. This was perfect!
Harlan was excellent! He spent every minute very efficiently getting the house projects ( including door installation, door repairs, painting and other tasks) well done as well as answering all questions patiently with genuine interest and respect. As an older senior citizen I greatly appreciate his trustworthy advice, proficiency, flexibility and attention to detail as well as great cleanup. I will definitely return to Ace Handyman for future projects! Debbie, Brook and Zoie were also awesome for customer service, scheduling and reference. Thanks for great job getting done before the holidays and many Thanksgiving Blessings!
I am 100% satisfied with our experience! Our project was huge and required multiple visits. This is not a review from a one day job - this is based on several weeks of work. My projects were completed ahead of time and under budget. Communication was excellent; Zoie and Brooke from the office kept us informed at every stage. They were amazing! My schedule was crazy and they constantly worked with me! They were so patient and understanding. Leslie worked on our projects and was remarkable! He is extremely skilled in so many areas. We were so impressed with his attention to details. Several unexpected issues arose, and Leslie provided excellent solutions and alternatives. He is the most pleasant contractor I have ever worked with; polite, respectful, and all about customer satisfaction. I cannot say enough good things about him! Nicki Mathews was the craftsman sent to put up some additional detail to a retail space I have! I requested her from a previous job she did for us! We were working on a time constraint and she was able to complete the work with 15 minutes to spare! She did everything I ask of her and made a few suggestions of her own! It turned out just perfect and even succeeded my expectations!
Lonnie came in to help us get a project (shed) across the line. He made some helpful suggestions for improving on the work we’d started and was an excellent craftsmen. He took a lot of stress off of us and left us with a great shed
