The appointment should have never been scheduled. I needed to be out of the sun for 30 days. My consultation was on a Thursday or Friday and then this appointment was made for the following Monday! I arrived early. Waited for 15 minutes, told them I needed to be somewhere else and if this appointment was delayed much longer, I was not going to make my next appointment. I waited for 35 minutes and had to leave! No follow up phone call to apologize. NOTHING! So unprofessional.
:I’ve been coming here regularly since 2023, starting with several surgical procedures that went amazingly well. Since then, I’ve come back every few months for different facial treatments—and I’ve never been disappointed. Zach is fantastic. He explains everything up front, takes great care during the treatments, and even checked on me after my surgery when I had concerns. I’ve had laser resurfacing with amazing results, Everyone is professional, kind, and the results are always great. I’m often told how nice my skin looks—and I always send people to Dr. Heil
This place is honestly so disappointing. It looks beautiful on the outside, but don’t let that fool you, the doctor is seriously lacking when it comes to skill and care. My mother had lipo and a breast augmentation done here, and ever since, she’s been in constant discomfort, unhappy with the results, and emotionally drained. The doctor rushed through her procedures and left her looking botched. It’s heartbreaking to watch her go through this, especially when she trusted them with her body and well-being. She never even got after photos or before photos. I used to consider getting work done here myself, but after seeing what happened to my mom, there’s no way I’d recommend this clinic to anyone. It’s really sad because they present themselves as high-end, but the care and results are anything but.
I have never had a bad experience here. From Bonnie to Zack to Dr. Heil and the entire front-end support staff, everyone is consistently professional, courteous, and attentive. The level of care and service is truly first-rate. It’s clear that the whole team is dedicated to making each visit smooth and comfortable. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a top-notch experience!
I am having Laser Hair removal procedures done by Cassie. She is professional, smart, caring and extremely informative. Having laser hair removal procedure is worth the time and investment - if you have the right person. Cassie is without a doubt the right person!! It has been smooth sailing for the months I have been under her care. I’ve had only positive results. I highly recommend Cassie!!!
