Such a fun experience! It was our first time here and Yannick was a lifesaver. He took the time to explain how the different rooms worked and gave us some great tips on how to get the best scores. It’s rare to find staff this attentive and patient. If you go, definitely ask for Yannick if you need help getting set up!

I visited this location from British Columbia! Activate was almost an awesome experience but has potential to be better. Besides the less family friendly guidelines, the ventilation in the rooms are horrible and I had an incident in one of the floor lit rooms. I overheated and passed out, tried to get out but we were locked in the room because of the game continuing. The staff were nice and brought out a wheel chair for me until I was okay, and re funded the whole experience for me, my friend, and her cousin. But they didn’t seem all that empathetic.

Great experience. We were there for the first time with our kids 10 & 8. They could do all of the games, however some were a bit challenging due to height for the 8yo, but not so much that it hindered play. The gameplay is fast paced and relatively short so even if it’s busy and you have to wait it’s not an extremely long wait. Recommend brining indoor shoes and light clothes. The lockers are large to accommodate any jackets etc that you wish to leave behind. All-in-all a great experience for the whole family.

We really enjoyed our time at Activate South Edmonton. The place is clean and well organized, and you can feel the energy as soon as you walk in. The games are fun and definitely get your heart rate up fast 😁 but they’re still easy to figure out, so you’re not standing around confused or wasting time. The staff were friendly and helpful without hovering, which we really appreciated. They checked in, explained things when needed, and just let us have fun. Everything felt well run and safe, so it was easy to relax and enjoy it. The mix of physical movement, problem solving, and teamwork is spot on. One minute you’re laughing, the next you’re catching your breath. Great spot for friends, families, or a team outing. We left tired, smiling, and already talking about when we’d come back. Highly recommend if you’re looking for something active and different to do in South Edmonton.

I had so much fun with my friends, Jeremy the employee was actually amazing, took pictures of us and convinced me to come back next week. Such an amazing man . He has singlehandly make me fall in love with activate, I cannoy praise him enough
