Active Approach has been the best chiropractic experience! They’ve helped me with stiffness so much and have even offered great advice for a shoulder injury.
I always look forward to my weekly adjustments! Doc is friendly, easy to talk to and makes the whole experience feel relaxed and comfortable. Plus, the front desk team is amazing! They are super accommodating, welcoming, and always flexible with my schedule. The office itself is very clean and laid-back. Positive vibes all around!
Dr. Ashlock is very knowledgeable and skilled at what he does. He has great bedside manners and always makes me feel comfortable and heard. I always leave feeling better than when I walked in! Also, his assistant, Melissa, is very personable and sweet! She brightens the room with her smile and always makes me feel welcome when I walk in!
From the moment you arrive, until the time you leave, you’ll be treated with the utmost kindness and professionalism! I appreciate that Dr Ashlock doesn’t just start adjusting you before getting and X-ray to see what is going on. He takes time to listen & tailors your care each visit according to just what is needed. The office is immaculately maintained. I’m so thankful for the care I receive at this practice. I have much more mobility and they are able to help alleviate my pain and work towards correcting things to avoid the same issues from reoccurring.
I want to start out with saying this might be a lengthy review. Just a few basics of the overall office, parking is shared between multiple businesses, it is handicap accessible. There is a public bathroom. They can do on-site x-rays, preferably by appointment, clean and well kept office. They accept multiple kinds of insurance and patience with no insurance. They see infants to elders. My personal review, let's start with the office manager / admin she is literally the nicest person and always greets with the cheerful smile and hello and very well organized! I am in my late 20s and I have struggled with back pain for the past couple of years, it seems as if I can't ever get relief. Basically at my wits end upon coming to active approach made an appointment and take my chances to see if it'd help. Might I mention I have seen a chiropractor elsewhere before, not a good outcome. After my initial x-rays, the doctor told me he would look them over and call me the next day to discuss the outcome. To my surprise I had a little bigger issue than I was expecting and Dr Ashlock was and is so knowledgeable and takes great care in his patients, so I knew I was in the right hands. After my first initial adjustment I left their office in tears, tears of relief! After several weeks of physical therapy/spine manipulation I was on a path of little to no pain and feeling extraordinarily better and had a lot of mobility back in my body. I truly cannot thank them enough for their excellent customer service, kindness, care for each individual they encounter, and extreme knowledge for spine and back practice. Wonderful people!!
