I had the pleasure of speaking with Maddy, and I have to say, she truly deserves a customer service award and a pay rise! She gave me excellent advice about my elderly dog biting a rat and walked me through what to watch for. Her reassurance that everything was okay really put my mind at ease. Such a kind and knowledgeable person—couldn't be more pleased with the experience! Great practice, Thanks again!
I was recommended to visit Adelaide Veterinary Walk In Clinic by my usual vet when my cat became unwell Tuesday night, and I’m so glad I did. We were greeted by Maddy and got straight in to see Dr Hannah. Hannah was so knowledgeable & thorough, and patient with my little man. I appreciate the follow up from Maddy the day after and her further support when we called up again two days later for some more advice - Maddy was so kind, understanding and also knowledgeable. I hope you both never doubt your incredible impact, especially in times of such distress for pet lovers. Thank you ☺️
Staff here were excellent, they were very attentive, informative and caring. We took our kittens in to our local vets and had a very negative experience and somewhat lost trust in vets, but after coming here I can confidently say these are some of the most amazing vets we have been to and have our full trust. Our kittens are well and healthy thanks to them!
What an amazing experience! Dr Isabella and the lovely nurse were just beautiful. My twins and i had to rush our little Miss Daisy in not knowing what was wrong with her. Dr Isabella was so down to earth, explained everything to us that we could easily comprehend and was patient and happy to answer my questions. 5 stars is certainly not enough! Hi my name is gabriella and I'm 10. We had to go to the vet because our bunny daisy had something wrong with her ear. Dr Isabella was very kind . She was also very nice to daisy. My favourite part of this vet visit was seeing my pet bunny rapped as a berito. 😆 Daisy is now doing well and is playing with her bigger sister Louie. 🥰 Thanks Dr Isabella and Maddie.
Tonight I had the pleasure of meeting Dr Isabella Fricke, who took care of my cat Ivy like she was her own. It was obvious right off the bat that the team truely care about whoever walks through the door, everything from start to finish was so smooth and led with kindness, and made what is usually a very stressful experience that much calmer. not to mention the very reasonable prices (especially for out of hours services). This will definitely be where I go when needed in the future with no hesitation!!
