Called around looking for a spot to help me replace the lost opal of my late grandmother’s ring…but that wasn’t all, I also had my late aunt’s first self-bought diamond ring that was also missing the top diamond, oh and some other pieces I needed repaired. I found Adele in Hilltop and so I found Rachel! We game planned and she was so impressive with her ideas and knowledge base not to mention her willingness to open a huge book to match my current necklace that I finally found doesn’t rip my nape hairs out! It was such an exciting experience but what was most important is that she understood how special these pieces were to me and together we honored the memories of such amazing women in my life! Thank you Rachel & Jonathan for your professionalism and creativity!
What a find! Adele has a beautiful collection of cuts and styles. I was looking into having custom band made to match one I have and in minutes Rachel gave me a few spectacular options to choose from. Everyone I spoke with was gracious, knowledgeable and trustworthy. Oh and they have some gorgeous designer bags too!
Rachel and Jonathan saved the day! I stopped in for last minute Christmas shopping and they provided a great pair of diamond earrings at a great price! They were friendly and very easy to work with. I got very lucky to meet them and would highly recommend them for all your jewelry needs. I will be back!
15 stars - truly 3 rings x 5 stars each. Bri and Rachel are awesome! They brought my visions to life and more! First, a ring for my daughter with her son's birthstone (moonstone) set with some diamonds that my husband gave me. Second a sleek classy new ring for my 30th wedding anniversary. Third a stunning finger chandelier. Go and get the ring(s) of your dreams, you wont regret it!
We are very happy to have found this place! Rachel and Bri have been excellent and very helpful! Very warm friendly atmosphere and the staff there is extremely knowledgeable. We brought in a vintage platinum ring that we wanted the diamond reset in and to have sized. They took great care not to damage the original engraving inside from a ring that is a family heirloom and well over 100 years old. Well done! We also had two diamond and emerald rings resized and a stone changed out. The rings looked beautiful afterwards! We were told years ago that because of the emeralds in the channel setting the rings could never be resized but the staff at Adele Diamond proved that wrong and did a great job! This is a long review but we wanted to capture what a great experience we had. We are also having them build another ring and sapphire pendants for us and I can't wait to share pictures of that in the future! This is a great place with a great staff and very trustworthy. You can count on them to do a good job!
