Services by: Elizabeth Morrow, DVM This was my second time visiting this veterinary clinic, and once again they exceeded my expectations. The first visit was a couple of years ago during a major emergency—my dog had been bitten by another dog. The team acted quickly and essentially saved her life before she could be transferred to an emergency hospital. My second visit was today after my dog had been dealing with diarrhea for a couple of days. They were able to fit us in the same day, which I truly appreciated. What stood out most was their transparency and compassion. I wasn’t able to afford all of the recommended labs and treatment, but instead of turning us away, they worked with me to create an alternative plan that was within my budget and still helped my dog feel better. I’m very grateful for their honesty, care, and willingness to help. I will absolutely be bringing her back for the recommended labs once I’m able to save up. Highly recommend this clinic.
I had a really great experience at Advanced Animal Hospital. The staff was kind, prompt, and the clinic was clean and comfortable. Pricing was fair and upfront, which I really appreciated. I brought my itchy Shih-poo, Robin, in for extreme rear-end itching, and they were wonderful with her. They explained everything clearly, treated her gently, and helped her feel better quickly. Dr. Brian and the whole team are absolute sweeties. I would definitely bring Robin back again and would recommend them to anyone looking for compassionate, honest veterinary care.
I called earlier today about my dog Dirt bag needing service and they scheduled me the same day and took care of us with the upmost and outstanding hospitality they we're organized they explained things thoroughly and I will recommend if you need service For your pets with a great professional and clean setting. I recommend them for any and all service that they can provide for your pet. Shout-out to Becka and the rest of the team
great experience from the start. got my pup in on a sunday last minute. staff and drs were knowledgeable and informed us of all our options and broke down pricing details in a clear and informative way prior to anything happening. got her in for next day surgery and gave her all the love. i was extremely impressed from the start. thank you for all your help - i will be recommending your facility!
We lost our son four years ago, and inherited his cat Sylvester. Sylvester had white and black fur that reminded us that he was wearing a tuxedo. He was a wonderful cat. Sylvester started getting sick at the beginning of the year. He had kidney disease. Lately he would barely eat. He drank and peed. He wasn’t pooping anymore. Today was the first time that he started secreting from his anal glands when lying on beds. We decided it was time. I called our vet Milwaukee vet clinic and they said they’d call me back but never did. A friend of ours recommended Advanced animal Hospital on Loomis Road. Dr. Dolan and his staff were wonderful. They explained everything and gave us all the time we needed with Sylvester. I can’t say enough nice things about how they treated us. I’d highly recommend them. We take comfort now knowing that Sylvester is in heaven with her son Joe.
