Ian was efficient, informative and friendly. He not only answered my questions but also took time to show me how the new sump pump works, which I appreciated. Customer service provided by Advanced Plumbing and drains has been wonderful. Highly recommend them.
Very professional and fast service! Everything is done electronically by email with detailed PDF quotes, invoices and receipts. Laz was very thorough and did the job right with a somewhat complicated routing of the drain system from the kitchen. We even had some chat about snowboarding which we both love! Highly recommend Advanced Plumbing & Drains!.
Great team at advanced plumbing. Had them do an inspection and replace a portion of my stack. Chris at head office coordinated everything and the communication was great start to finish. Work was done promptly and high level of professionalism without condescension. Demetri did the inspection on site and was very thorough.
We had an excellent experience with Advanced Plumbing from start to finish. From the first call to the office to arrange an assessment, everything was handled professionally, efficiently, and with clear communication. Technicians Demitri and Laz were outstanding — knowledgeable, respectful, and very professional. They were upfront and transparent with pricing from the beginning, clearly explaining the scope and cost of replacing the original iron stack and the upstairs bathroom fixture replacements, so there were no surprises. That level of honesty made a stressful situation much easier to navigate. They worked efficiently throughout the day, kept us informed as the work progressed, and took great care to bring our home back to normal — something we especially appreciated over the holiday season. At the end of the job, they walked us through the completed work to ensure we fully understood what was done and why. Advanced Plumbing truly met and exceeded service standards and made what is typically a nerve-wracking experience — calling trades for emergency work — feel reassuring and well managed. I would strongly recommend this company and would not hesitate to use them again.
