Sam and Clark did an excellent job of offering us options and detailed cost estimates for the re-shingling of our roof. As well, James and crew did an excellent job on installing the new roof shingles. James was especially helpful in keeping us informed on the work progress throughout the day.
Billy provided truly exceptional service from start to finish. His professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to quality were evident in every part of the job. He took the time to make sure everything was done right, communicated clearly, and delivered results that exceeded my expectations. Hands down one of the best experiences with a provider in recent memory. Clark Walker was great to work with - he walked us through our options, made sure we had someone here for the whole 2 hour window the insurance adjuster gave us and was always available to answer questions. The roofing crew was top-notch and met all of the set expectations for timing and cleanliness. What really set Advanced Roofing above the rest was their responsiveness afterwards - we had one cosmetic issue that was fixed immediately and they came back later to fix some non-roofing rot for me at an amazing price! Neighbors who had work done with other providers even commented on how good the roof looks and how great the crew was at cleanup. Cannot recommend this company enough!

From the time he gave us the quote till they were finished I knew he was there for us. He made the entire project less stressful for us!
