I wish I could leave a good review of Adventure Air as my son does love coming here on most occasions. However, in my most recent visit at Adventure Air I had an absolutely terrible experience. The location was busy and while that is not the fault of the business, I did feel that the staff on location were not prepared and did not care about the quality of the customers experience. First, an employee named Camari asked to leave a review with their name in it, I usually would not mind doing so If the experience was good but this was not the case. A young employee who said their name was Malayah was exceptionally rude to my child and snapped at him causing him to cry and want to leave the park. This behavior is unacceptable as many kids including my own look up to the employees who work at Adventure and he was heartbroken after receiving the treatment he got. I would love to one day change my review to be a positive one, but as of the current time I cannot recommend a visit to Adventure air with the staff operating as it does.
My name Nasir Mayfield My experience with Camari Jalayah and Malayah has been really good because they are always nice and help me a lot. They make things easy to understand and they never get mad if I mess up. They work hard and they make the place feel fun and safe. I like being around them because they treat me good and always do their jobs really well.They are very great workers
My grandsons love and enjoy this place to release energy! We have even had a birthday party here and it was perfect! Employees are always friendly and engaged with children and adults. I appreciate the approach when they advise children to stop running. I see something new added everytime I bring my grandchildren. Restrooms have been consistently clean every visit.
Adventure Air Sports is a wonderful place for families! The staff are polite, friendly, responsible, and truly great at what they do. My son is autistic, and while I always keep a close eye on him, sometimes he may do things that are unsafe or wander into places he shouldn’t. The staff are amazing at noticing right away and stepping in quickly and kindly. That gives me so much peace of mind when bringing my children here. What makes this place extra special is how sweet and caring the staff are — they make me feel like part of the family every time we visit. That level of care and kindness is rare, and it’s why I’ll keep coming back.
I was pleasantly surprised and happy that our son's 10th birthday party turned out great! My only gripe would be that the temperature in the facility could be cooler. The celebration is on the second level which is nice to overlook the facility. 60mins of play time seemed like more than enough, however the kids wanted to go back downstairs to play after pizza and cupcakes were done! Party essentials were included and I added a bouquet of balloons and party bags which were perfect! It was a success!
