So, I really wanted to love this place, Lubbock needs more fun spots to hang out, but honestly? Adventure Park is way overpriced for what you actually get. We went during the day, and while the outside sitting area is actually pretty cool (I bet it’s a total vibe at night with the lights and the West Texas breeze), that was about the only highlight besides the rides. 🎯The Good The go-carts and bumper boats were actually a blast. We had a great time on those, and the staff running the rides were decent enough. If the whole day had felt like that, this review would be a lot different. 🎯The Not-So-Good The price tag is just... a lot. For what they’re charging, you’d expect a premium experience, but it felt underwhelming. • Day Pass Disappointment: Most of the actual climbing attractions were closed when we went. If half the park is shut down, why are we still paying full price for a day pass? • Arcade Trap: Heads up, the arcade is NOT included in your day pass. You’ll be shelling out even more cash once you step inside. 🎯 The "Avoid" Factor The biggest dealbreaker for me was the General Manager. They were extremely rude, which just soured the whole mood. Look, I get that it’s hot and things get busy, but being during the day doesn’t excuse a total lack of basic customer service from the person running the show. 🎯The Verdict: If you’re looking for a way to spend your afternoon, I’d strongly recommend picking a different activity. Between the closed attractions and the GM’s attitude, the math just doesn't add up for the price. Save your money for something else in town. - From Texas with ❤️..april
Adventure park is so fun!! We went last week while we were in town visiting family. We had the misfortune of getting rained out but the ladies up front gave us a full refund and we came back the next day. My kiddos (4yr 5yr and 10yr) LOVED the climbing structure, go karts and the bumper boats. We also did the little nature trail and played on the playground that's in there. Thw only thing I didn't love is the rope course/zip line were closed (which is fine) BUT there's a huge body of water that isn't roped off or anything, which felt super hazardous for young kids who don't know how to swim. But other then that we loved it and absolutley recommend it.
Fantastic place for those of all ages. Family friendly and cost effective. Lots of events also. Fall festival was great. Multiple options for things to do.
We had my granddaughter’s 7th birthday party here. All of her friends and their parents had a lot of fun. It was cold and misty outside but that didn’t stop anyone. We even received complimentary laser maze passes due to the weather. No outside food or drinks are allowed except for cake. Rooms are small. Staff were very friendly ESPECIALLY THE SECURITY GUY!! We loved him. I haven’t ever been here before but we will definitely be back. Note to self.. Make sure you open presents and eat cake first because the kids won’t want to come back in.
Took my daughter and a friend from out of town with his grandmother -- had the best time! Fun for kids and adults alike. The food was great (we had pizza and wings). The mini golf was fun, ninja zone was excellent. Staff was kind and helpful. Was the highlight of the little boy's trip for sure!
