Best nail salon in Bakersfield! They honestly care about your experience every time you go. Everyone is friendly and kind. On Friday I went to get my nails done and they knew it was my birthday. They brought be a bouquet of flowers to my chair. So very thoughtful. All of their technicians are skilled and they keep everything clean and sanitized.
Update: The salon called me and left a message offering to redo my polish free of charge. That’s really sweet of them, and I would take them up on their offer if it were easy to find childcare. I’m going to switch from 3 to 4 stars for trying to make it right. I appreciate them reaching out to me. This used to be my favorite nail salon, but my most recent visit wasn’t the best. I got a regular gel pedicure that should have been $52, but I was charged $60. I’m not a confrontational person and didn’t want to say anything. She was really sloppy with my polish and cut the side of my toe. I had to scrub all the polish off my toes when I got home, but the polish just doesn’t look as good as it normally does. This photo is from 3 days after having them done.
Wonderful nails! I went Sunday morning and it was a nice and calm atmosphere. Michael did an excellent job on my nails. They look spectacular! I was nicked a bit on my cuticles but nothing severe. He was thorough with his work. I am in love with my nails!
Went in today for a fill , and I was so disappointed. They look horrible. Cost $42 without design then another $15.00 bc I wanted the tip painted. They look awful, I left wanting to cry. Michael usually does a great job, but this time idk if he was just busy, or in a bad mood but it looks so bad!! I felt like I wasn’t listened to at all. I left with paint all over and uneven lines. Also, used my points and that seemed to really upset them as well.
