Absolutely terrible experience. Received a text asking to text back about certain job. I responded that I was interested. Was never given a name of who I was speaking with. Went hours without replies. Sent resume twice, no response on if they received it. This was an even worse experience than an AI interview I had. If you don't have the time to respond, then don't reach out to folks.

Do not work for this temp service. THEY DO NOT PAY YOU ON TIME AND ALWAYS BLAME IT ON THE CLIENT. However, they never know who they are giving the run around to. How about give the Department of Labor and EEOC the run around when they reach out to the client and Aerotek for answers to your unethical practices, Dahlon Phillips, Alex and the Owner.

The recruiter Tim was helpful in all ways of trying to help place me at a place I’m comfortable at the fact he took his time is something I’m more appreciative of because time is priceless and you can’t get it back I’m still in the process of getting hired its a great opportunity for me thanks Tim 🙂

Long story short the recruiter( payton dudek) that I received is very unprofessional. I had scheduled my video meeting for 1015 then when it came time for the meeting the recruiter did not even show up . Unfortunately for me im really in need of a job so i sat there for over 15 minutes before i called the office they said he will be in the meeting shortly then i waited another 20 minutes for him to not even show up. I have never experienced anything like this in my life. Sucks to get your hopes up about a job just for the very people thats supposed to help you achieve that goal cant even do their job correctly.

I went to this employment agency trying to get help finding a job. I talked to a Morgan Runner. She said she would help me with employment. She asked me questions and was very nice. Ms. Runner said she would call me and would help me find work. Days went by. Weeks went by. I tried calling her, no answer. I tried calling the agency, no answer. So basically this Ms. Runner lied to me period. All that niceness was fake. I do not understand. In my opinion, Aerotek is a joke. They never answer their phones. Staffing is not helpful. It's sad about this place. I see why they have 3 to 4 stars. Or maybe I was just the wrong color.
