Nothing required of customer except contacting them to be a customer! They make it so easy and that’s definitely appreciated and needed more in life.
Daniel has been my tech for a couple of years now and I could not be happier. It is clear that he has an excellent understanding of what he is doing and how ALMs products work, and they benefits us the end user. He always exhibits excellent customer service, and I am completely happy with him and ALM.
The tech showed up on the day/ time as expected. He performed the days service quickly. I received an email explaining what services had been performed, the cost, and any suggestions for continued improvement of my lawn. I have always received great service from ALM.

I keep finding candy/snack/chip wrappers and cans in our yard and I finally figured out it was this company. I noticed that they had dropped a can next to their trailer on my way out and lo and behold, it was on our curb as soon as I got home. It was completely intact so either it somehow rolled 30 ft across and 15 feet uphill (the can is directly in between the 2 main drains on this street) or these idiots decided to dump it here so they don’t leave trash in their clients’ yards. Find a better company for your lawn needs if you don’t want to annoy your neighbors.
