My appointment today was for a basic cleaning on the A/C system. Robert was very thorough and professional. He explained what he found, what the system needs & an estimate for cost. Robert was professional and thorough. He was also friendly and was respectful of my husband healing from surgery. Sally in the office is always friendly and helpful. The technicians recognize her value as well. They also replaced our system last year. I greatly appreciate this company does not pressure for unnecessary service, they give honest recommendations but no pressure
Shout out to Robert G. Certified Technician….was kind and courteous presented himself in a professional manner. He inspected our unit and informed us and educated myself and wife his findings. Two areas were of concern due to usage was a 2 pole contractor and a Start Assist 1thru 3 ton. We agreed to his recommendation and he completed the installation in a timely manner. I would recommend Air Care for your home air and heating needs.
Had Victor fromAir Care out to service my AC unit did a wonderful job respectful knowledgeable very friendly. He went through every part to get my full understanding of each individual part. Help me understand what part does what very happy with my experience would highly recommend air care.
