The team was great. They tried to help me diagnose the issue and fix before setting up an appointment to come out. Truly showed they cared. Michael and Brandon were great - you don’t find employees that service customers this well these days.

We had Air Experts come out about 6 months ago. The tech, Triston was by far one of the most professional and courteous people we’ve encountered! He is the very reason we signed up for a maintenance program with them. We trust him, he explained everything he did or we needed in great detail! This young man was amazing and as long as he works for them, they will have my business!! Absolutely one of the best HVAC people we’ve encountered have ever met! Very kind, knowledgeable and trustworthy
Had a great experience today with Andrew. He helped solve an issue with a closed damper and did the winter service check which included new filters. He also wiped down and cleaned the metal air return grill on the furnace. Very personable and helpful.
I really loved the customer service, honesty and follow through I received from Air Experts. This is a lot more than you get from some other HVAC companies. Their knowledge and professionalism was a breath of fresh air. Kalin, Logan, Josh and Diego were extremely professional with their duct work and kept me informed through the process. They did a great job fixing the mistakes of the company that came before them. Their pricing was also extremely competitive.
