Replaced the compressor and did maintenance on three air handler units. Summer was upon us and mainland guests were arriving within a couple of weeks. We appreciate that they were able to schedule us ASAP so everyone would be comfortable and enjoy their stay. Our association with Kevin and Kristi goes back to 2002. They are easy to work with and we highly recommend AirSource.
Staff and techs awesome, however I am greatly disappointed with the quality of the metal of Mitsubishi, its showed rust after just 2 years, I have a Fujitsu 9 years old on same side of house, still no rust at all. Even the screws on the Mitsubishi are rusted, so they aren’t stainless steel
Kevin and Kristi went above and beyond in helping to install my split a/c units. Despite their official policy of not working with HOAs, Air Source worked with my unit b/c of a trusted referral- I am forever grateful for their kindness and generosity. Owners Kevin and Kristi and staff were kind, efficient, took the time to draft a drawing submittal to my board, paid close attention to detail, and demonstrated the highest level of professionalism. Kristi even found a rebate to significantly reduce the cost! I highly recommend Air Source. I am forever grateful!
Very positive experience. Quick response and excellent communication. I had a Mitsubishi unit that was installed by Alternate Energy that was not working properly. They said they would not be able to come and inspect the units because they were too busy installing new units, but could come in about 2 months. They had previously installed three other Mitsubishi units for me. This is how they rewarded me for my loyalty. Air Source called me the next day. Kristi and Kevin at Air Source came down to see me and were able to install a unit within a short period of time and I was able to have family over for an upcoming celebration. They really saved me when I really needed help during the hot summer month. They are now and forever my AC service provider.
I was referred to Air Source and wholeheartedly recommend them to you! They arrive on time and come fully prepared. They know what they’re doing and do the job efficiently, completely, and cleanly. Everything is planned out and coordinated to run smoothly, from the arrival of the crew to the arrival of the electrician to the completion of the rebate paperwork. Kevin and Kristi run a values-driven company where professionalism, courtesy, respect and service underpin everything. Even after the installation, Kevin was very kind and patient in helping me figure out how to use the online app to program the unit. Air Source has installed two units for me over the last 10 years or so, and I’d call them for future needs. You’ll be happy if you do, too!
