Second time visiting and still not impressed, Announcements totally unclear so god help those that may have lost a child etc as you would never know. Please is run by youngsters who look totally bored. Very expensive for food and drink and if you have a big family take a lot of money. Did get a good tip to take your own food and drink. Spoke with the manager who clearly doesn't push for things to be done to make the place safe i.e front door any child could run out of there. I stayed about the tanoid system and she says they are waiting for parts so in my eyes chase it up. Wouldn't say it's a place to run back in a hurry.

My children have been to several parties here and we have found it to be great fun with lots of activites. There are different areas to bounce around and they have tunnels, slides etc, plus a football area. There are lots of arcades as you go in so prepared to rattle though some pennies! There is a big cafe inside if you want to eat or drink while children play. On the downside, they have massive slushy area which contains glycerine and are sugar heavy (15g per cup!!) I personally dont agree with that for kids, plus there is very little policing of the bounce areas so occassionally I have had to step in when older kids are smashing around and wiping out, or at the very least, not being very considerate around the smaller kids. Given the amount of kids playing there should be more staff there to monitor that no one is at risk in any way.

Great afternoon out with family to a party for our grandson's birthday. Great venue for all. Plenty to entertain the kids, food was hot and excellent and the staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. I'd recommend it as a great party venue for kids. The adults enjoyed themselves too!

My daughter loved her visit, place seemed huge and clean, and thankfully when we visited, not too busy. The slushy add on was definitely appreciated and enjoyed by the kids. Coffee here is great too !
