We had a great experience with Airlink Niagara Falls Tours, and our guide Shahz really made the day run smoothly! He was friendly, organized, and shared helpful context about the city of Toronto, Hamilton and of course Niagara Falls. The maple syrup tasting was a fun stop, and it was a nice break before heading to the falls. Seeing the Niagara torrents up close was impressive, especially from the Table Rock area where you can really feel the power of the water. The boat cruise was a highlight, getting us right near the falls and giving a completely different perspective than viewing from above. Everything was well timed and easy to enjoy, and the tour covered all the must-see spots without feeling rushed.

We had the most wonderful time on the Niagara tour—it was worth the two-year wait and exceeded all expectations. Our guide, Shaz, was punctual and lovely throughout. From the hydro station to the maple syrup tasting, every stop was enjoyable (and I learned so much about maple syrup!). The Niagara Falls boat ride was absolutely magical, truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Ending with the Behind the Falls tour made it even more special. I would highly recommend this tour. 💖

Had a wonderful experience with our tour guide Haroon. It was well organised in regards to times, collections, group size. We were collected in Toronto and had a tour of maple tasting and the Falls. The tour also included free time. I would highly recommend to anyone travelling to Toronto.

Viator Tours – A Truly Unforgettable Experience Just a week ago, I had no idea I’d be standing beside the majestic Niagara Falls on the Canadian side. My trip began spontaneously—I traveled to Toronto via Buffalo, New York to catch the Los Angeles Dodgers in the World Series. Baseball was my sole focus, and I didn’t realize I was about to cross off a major item from my bucket list. Upon arriving at Buffalo International Airport, I realized Niagara Falls was within reach. I picked up my rental car and headed toward the falls, only to find myself in the middle of downtown Niagara Falls, Ontario, thanks to a quirky GPS route. That’s when I decided to explore the area more intentionally and booked a Saturday tour via a hop-on-hop-off double-decker bus. Luckily, I had trouble finalizing that booking—because that’s how I discovered Viator Tours. And wow, what an incredible day it turned out to be! From the start, our tour guide impressed me with his deep knowledge of the region. Before we even left Toronto, he gave us a clear overview of the day’s itinerary, complete with time checkpoints that helped us stay on schedule. As we departed the city, we learned about Toronto’s history, its status as Canada’s largest city, and landmarks like the Rogers Centre. The journey continued with insights into the region’s agriculture and the immense power generated by the falls. Our first stop was the beautiful Floral Clock, a symbol of friendship between the U.S. and Canada. Once we reached Niagara Falls, the learning didn’t stop. We had time to explore the grounds, and I chose to experience the Journey Behind the Falls—absolutely breathtaking. Getting up close to the roaring water was unforgettable. I was still soaked on the drive back to Toronto, and I didn’t mind one bit. Words hardly do the experience justice, but here are a few that come close: breathtaking, awe-inspiring, all-consuming, glorious. To cap off the day, I ascended the Skylon Tower for a panoramic view of everything I’d just experienced. It was the perfect moment for reflection and gratitude. As a solo traveler, I often worry about being overlooked in group tours. But our guide made sure everyone felt included. By midday, he knew each person’s name and something personal about them. I never felt left out—not even for a moment. I’m incredibly grateful for this experience and thrilled that Viator Tours made it possible. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for a meaningful, well-organized, and truly memorable adventure.
