Airtime Cooling and Heating was here to perform a winter inspection of a new system they installed last year. I was very impressed by their installation, technicians and professionalism. Garret who did the inspection call was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciate the top notch service.
5 stars for Garrett at Air Time! He serviced my furnace and helped troubleshoot my thermostat, but what really stood out was how thorough, patient, and informative he was. He arrived right on time and took the time to walk me through everything step by step. As a new homeowner, that meant a lot — he didn’t just fix things, he made sure I actually understood how my system works and answered all my questions without rushing me. Garrett was courteous, professional, and clearly cares about doing the job right and helping his customers feel comfortable. It’s hard to find service like that these days. I wouldn’t hesitate to call Air Time again and highly recommend him to anyone!
Erica (office) and Dan (tech) were outstanding. Friendly, patient, knowledgeable, above and beyond. Erica sounds young, but she exhibits old school customer service. My interactions with her left me so impressed, yet sad that her type of service is no longer the norm. Glad that Erica is out there reminding people what service looks and sounds like. Dan was great took pictures and took the time to explain what the pictures meant. I just am so impressed and happy with Airtime!
They installed a Diakin 2 ton mini-split in my garage. Joshua and David did a great job. They worked with me on the position of the inside air handler and the way that the coolant line would run. They kept me updated on their progress throughout the install. The installation was excellent. They did a great job cleaning up after the install was complete. I’m very happy with their work.
Very knowable curious an enjoyable experience. Two 3.5 ton heat pumps were installed outside and air handlers in the attic. They finished and cleaned up in by 3pm. Excellent work.
