Enjoyed this place in the beginning but seems to be going downhill. They now only have one masseuse and have at least a month wait list. I had an appointment scheduled for weeks and they called within 24 hours to cancel it and didn’t offer any sort of accommodation (discount etc) for the last minute change. Instead just told me they could rebook in another 3 weeks. Poor customer service. Will be going elsewhere in the future.
Beautiful building, beautiful staff. This was my very first visit to a medical spa and I am obsessed. I felt very much at home. Jessica and Dr Waddell are amazing humans. Thank you to everyone for what you do.

I saw Stacey for a BBL. This was my first time with this laser procedure. She walked me through the process, assuring me along the way. She and April were a great team. I’m so happy with the results and the staff. I would highly recommend this office to anyone. Shout out to Kaitlin Harman, the office manager, who suggested I try this procedure and checked on me along the way.
This was my first visit to this place and I loved it. Welcoming staff, great new client offers and I liked being able to research staff members before booking. My massage therapy with Becky was a superb visit. She was fabulous and I will definitely be back!
