Coach Blair is a fantastic coach! My son has been going to him for a few months now to improve his track performance. While running high school track last year, we noticed a group of boys in my son's event that were very successful. Asking around, we learned that they trained with Coach Blair, so we thought we'd give AAT a shot. This summer my son has done both the indoor trainings at Texas Strength Systems and various outdoor running locations. He enjoys the workouts. He has gained strength, explosiveness, and most importantly, corrected his running form. We are looking forward to attacking track season this year with Coach Blair's help!
Blair is very knowledgeable and helped me to rehab my shoulder. I can now do more and feel so much better since I started training with him!

Blair's morning workouts are awesome! I started without much experience with weightlifting and he has made the workouts approachable while emphasizing proper form, which I really appreciate. The group is always motivating and positive too, which makes me look forward to coming each morning. With the goal of improving my running, Blair has given great advice and I have felt stronger during both my short and longer distance runs.
I started training with Blair in May 2024 after a serious overuse injury (hip/glute), I had been doing PT for 8 weeks and although much better I was a long way from my goal which was to basically get back to being 100% active and hike in Durango in June. Blair provided the greatest ever training plan, very precise exercises and positive motivation techniques. I not only met my goal but learned how to train smarter. I totally recommend Blair as a coach trainer for your individual fitness goals.
