I was a walk-in and was seen so fast! The staff was super friendly and helpful. I have always gone to a popular med clinic but the care and service I received here has made me change for the better.
Great team all around. From the initial phone call to the in-person experience, the communication and hospitality really stood out. Everyone clearly takes pride in caring for their patients, which is a refreshing change from places that make you feel rushed or overlooked. Very impressed and will definitely return for future needs
I had a wonderful experience at this urgent care today while being treated for an allergy and sinus infection. FNP Lisa Garza was absolutely amazing- so kind, professional, and incredibly thorough. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure all of my questions and concerns were addressed, which truly made me feel cared for and at ease. From the moment I walked, in the front desk was welcoming, the MA was kind and attentive, and the overall experience was smooth and comforting. It’s rare to find a healthcare team where everyone is so genuinely wonderful. If I ever need urgent care again, I will definitely be coming back here. Thank you all so much for the excellent care! 😊
Alamo City Urgent Care was the best urgent care I have ever been to! The staff were so kind and supportive when I entered and throughout the visit. They helped me with all of my concerns in an efficient manner taking time with me without feeling rushed. I would recommend this location to anyone needing urgent care needs.
Great experience. I walked in suspecting i had a foreign body in my hand from a cactus barb. I didn't even have a chance to sit down before I was taken back for evaluation. Celen was not only my receptionist, she was my intake nurse, my x-ray tech, and my care nurse when it came time to administer an injection. Having more than 20 years in the medical profession and knowing the challenge of finding quality, motivated,, and professional medical providers post covid is tough. I would love to have her on my team any day. The nurse practitioner as well was very fast, informative, and direct with his plan of care. Thank you all.
