Nicole and Michele did amazing work with my two black labs. They are littermates boy and girl and we’re having a lot of listening issues and a bit of littermate syndrome before we sent them for training then again for camp. I cannot say enough good things about them and the amazing communication throughout them being away from me. I wouldn’t feel comfortable having anyone other than Nicole and Michele take care of them and help guide us with their training!!! With patience, consistency and structure I feel like anything is possible with the two of them now and our bond is stronger than ever! Thank you again for all you have done for my family

Super friendly and helpful. We have a very obstinate, prey driven dog and they taught us so much. Love the lifetime support and resources, looking forward to group meetups, super grateful for an extra training at Lowe’s to help teach me to use a prong collar. Although prong collars are not their first recommendation, for me being tiny and a large dog that pulls heavily, it was a game changer! They have always been quick to respond by text and even loaned me their prong collar for a week of practice until ours arrived. After a few sessions at home we added on the 2 week board and train camp which was super helpful! Highly recommend! Nicole and Michelle are the best!!!

Nicole and Michele have both been instrumental in helping me train my furry best friend, the Notorious RBG — a female 7mo border collie. Their patience, flexibility, and creative solution-seeking abilities have enabled me to better bond and understand my dog and her needs and life stages. They have helped me develop a better, more appropriate enrichment routine for my dog that centers on her specifically. We can go into stores, walk on the bike paths. And trails, and even play at the dog park with little to no challenges. We will be continuing with the Alaska Dog Works program to see just how far we can go.

Alaska Dog Works is a great training program with lots of support for the whole family. As someone with two dogs, it was hard to find a program where I could work with both dogs at the same time. Their program offers a variety of options: board and train, several tailored training sessions, weekly group sessions, online support, weekly Zoom check-ins, and more. Michele and Nicole know dog training, are firm and compassionate, and passionate about what they do. My dogs still have work to do, and I feel supported as we continuing the training journey.

Michele and Nicole at Alaska Dog Works were awesome! We have a husky/malamute/shepherd mix with a sled dog mentality and they did great job with training her…and us! We appreciated the twice a week “report cards” with pics. Definitely recommend!
