Very friendly folk! Felt like walking into a mom and pop shop but for tires! They were very quick and sweet. The experience made my day considering that I was thinking I may have to get a new tire before walking in. I appreciate the professional service they provided, and am thankful I chose them over others. Prices seem fair over what I heard and saw while I was in there and would heavily consider taking the drive there again when the time comes. Thank you again!
Great experience! Called in inquiring about all-season tires. Was told they had a set and would be able to get me in the next morning for a swap and disposal of old tires. Great deal and took about an hour. Made the process seamless and quick. Thanks so much!
I had a flat tire and was in a bind, but Alaska Rim and Tire came to the rescue! They were able to get me in the same day, which was a huge relief. Not only did they have the tires I needed in stock, but they also took the time to guide me through the best options for my car. Their team was professional, friendly, and truly went above and beyond to help me. Highly recommend them for anyone in need of tire services! Second review: Came back today to have my sensors adjusted. The lady at the front desk had back to back bookings and still accommodated me as a walk in and I was in and out in ten minutes. Really exceptional customer care! Thank you Alaska Tire and Rim!
If I could I would give a 0 star review. Lady at the front desk was actually nice and easy to talk to. Her husband is extremely rude and unprofessional. Worst customer experience I've ever had. Original quote was $799 for the tires, mounted, and balanced. I wanted just the tires, was told over the phone that I can't get just the tires. Then called me a liar when I told him what I was told over the phone. Then they turned around and charged me $799 for just the tires.
Called to ask about winter wheels and was immediately told my vehicle must have a specific size, despite other options being compatible. When I tried to discuss it, the person on the phone was dismissive and rude, insisting that their '33 years of experience' meant they knew best. Unfortunately, that experience didn’t seem to include customer service. If you're looking for helpful and knowledgeable support, I’d suggest taking your business elsewhere
