Arturo coordinated the most convenient time for his arrival and showed up on time. He quickly found and repaired the problem. The furnace was quite dirty and he recommended then accomplished a thorough cleaning. Very satisfied with the service.

I have had a contract with Alaskan Air for many years and have been happy with their service. Dominic was very professional and treated me with dignity and respect. He answered questions clearly, and explained what he was checking. This service was part of my contract so there was no extra cost.

Had my HVAC serviced to have the heating unit serviced for winter use. Dominic Diaz introduced himself and asked a few questions before he began his job. He did a thorough job. He went over the check points with me and when he was complete delivered good news. He made me feel like he was a family member and I look forward to his return in Spring and since my contract with Alaskan Air Tucson was expiring in December I renewed it for 2 years and l know I’ll be well provided for. Jacob was very friendly. He explained everything about the system. He explained everything that he was gonna do and what he was gonna look at very professional very courteous and neat. I would say he is a very great advocate for your company.

Colin was great! He communicated and made sure I had all the information, serviced the AC and then went over the report to make sure I understood everything. Great service, thank you! I highly recommend!
