I have been training with Alex for more than a year . His background as a real champion and world class athlete is definitely rare to come across, which brings much more than typical meat head trainers. I have been a regular gym-goer throughout my life but after joining Alex, I realized there are levels to the workout regime and he was able to teach me incredible stuff that I had no ideas about. I have seen great improvements in my agility and fitness in general. We are still working on improving my lower body mobility which has already improved a lot. I highly recommend Alex if you are looking for the best personal trainer in Hudson Yards and even in New York City.
