Sean and his team were great to work with! Very responsive, unbeatable prices and great work. I had old glued down floors and tiles removed and replaced with LVP and new baseboards. The team was on time and hard workers. Very happy with the end product!
My experience with All American Flooring has been amazing! I had them do hardwood, tile, and carpets in my whole house and I must say I am very happy with my choices. Omar in the showroom was able to direct me and inform me of everything involved in the process. I did an entire house remodel from the ground up and Merdin the project manager made the process so seamless! He coordinated with my own project manager and crews to make sure everything came together perfectly ensuring a perfect house in the end.
I would recommend All American Flooring for your hardwood flooring needs. While there was a hiccup during the installation process due to a shortage of materials—which caused some delay in reordering and completion—Omar and Sean made sincere efforts to assist us throughout. They coordinated closely with the installers to expedite the process and ensured we were taken care of. I truly appreciate their customer service. Despite the delay, the job was well done, and overall, I’m satisfied with the results. See photos of my new floor!
Special thanks to Omar. Great experience planning for my flooring project needs. Omar was very knowledgeable & helped me identify the perfect match to my existing hardwood flooring. I appreciate his attentiveness & straightforward guidance. He quickly assured me of the resources in place to protect the customer and outlined the entire expected process. So far everything has happened smoothly. Now awaiting the install for my staircase and upstairs flooring!!!!! 6/22 Update: adding photos but the pics can't capture the smooth surface and finishes on the floor. Perfect.job well done.
I recently had the pleasure of working with a fantastic team for the installation of our new wood floors, and I cannot recommend them highly enough! From the very beginning, they were incredibly easy to work with, making the entire process smooth and enjoyable. The workmanship was simply amazing, reflecting their commitment to quality and attention to detail. Even after the installation was complete, we had some questions about our crown molding. The team was more than willing to come back out to address our concerns and provided thoughtful solutions to ensure we were completely satisfied. I just want to add they matched up our existing wood floor stain perfectly! Overall, the experience was exceptional, and I am thrilled with our new floors.
