I rented 50 folding chairs and a 16x16 canopy. Everything was perfect. I opted to pick up and return myself, because delivery and pickup was $100. The guys at the warehouse loaded up my van and took em out when I brought it back. Everyone was so helpful. ( my first time ever renting) thanks!Thanks!! I will recomend for sure!!
Chriss Mozzoni - Operator and apparently the manager, was extremely unprofessional. I reached out for a QUOTE back in September for an event. I called for the quote which I had to follow up on myself to receive through email. Once I received this quote via email on 09/12/2023 I replied with my thanks and stated I would review and let them know a decision. I never confirmed I wanted to proceed, instead a “contract” was sent to me on 10/10/2023 that again I never confirmed and I also never signed which apparently they don’t even require signatures; seems like you would want that as a business or at least a deposit of some sort before holding to a contract. To my surprise a delivery truck showed up today when again no confirmation was given and no correspondence received aside from the blank email with a contract on 10/10/2023. When I called to understand how this came to be especially when I never made a payment, Chriss decided to shut down the conversation by just saying “well you did book it” “well an email was sent to you” etc. when I asked how a payment was made she stated it’s done over the phone or through email. Again there is no record of any email or phone call for this date and we are still waiting for them to produce this, aside from sending us the bogus “contract” emailed on 10/10/2023. We have a separate event next week that was booked through them as well and this was paid for on that same date over the phone but it was only for that one event, not for the delivery truck sent today. They took the liberty of using our card information from the phone call on 10/10/2023 to charge us for another event that was only quoted for and stated that this payment was made on 10/26/2023 yet they can’t produce a record of who called to make this payment. Chrissy wants to be defensive and deflect blame saying I’m giving different stories, when my story is this Chris…. I emailed for a quote back in September. I did not confirm I wanted to proceed. Brianna emails a “contract” on 10/10/2023 one I never agreed to or signed for, and then our card is mysteriously charged on 10/26/2023 for a second order. I called this morning confused looking for clarity, stating I asked for a quote but it should’ve been canceled and maybe that verbiage of saying cancelled confused you, but if you listen to customers first to help and understand the situation, nowhere in there am I trying to change a story or lie. We will use their services next week for a separate event which WAS confirmed and paid for on 10/10/2023 but that does not give them a green light to double book and charge us without producing any confirmation of this being signed off on. Terrible mixup with no accountability and a complete violation of storing our card information which also is not a policy of ours nor a request we would make. Be cautious when using this company. Mixups happen, but unprofessional service and lack of accountability should not happen. They still want to charge us 50% for this error which is on their end for mistaking a payment for a separate event made on 10/10/2023 and that same day taking a quote for a different event and sending out a contract for it following a mysterious separate payment last week. I will consider changing my review once this situation is properly handled, thank you. In response to reply below: This is not about feelings, this is about you charging our card twice without providing information on who supposedly made this call on 10/26/2023 because it was not me nor anyone at my company and you have not provided this receipt or invoice. Also I am not double booked with another company, I have my bookings together, please make sure you guys do the same. I do not need you to look for an email of cancelation because I already explained to you that was not the point. The point is you can not find an email where I confirmed the quote on 09/12/2023 nor a payment aside from the payment made on 10/10/2023 for an event next week. This is not complicated to understand if you’re just being honest.
I spoke with Jamie and told her I needed the tables delivered last. The hall I was using for my event functions as a daycare during the day so there is no way I the tables can be delivered early. Jamie assured me she would put it in the notes. They showed up 130 to deliver the tables. Being unable to store the tables as the daycare was still opened, the tables were taken back to the warehouse where I picked them up. I was told that by picking them up I would be refunded the delivery, but I was not refunded. Horrible service, I would not use them again. I tried to reply to Tom's comment, but was not able to. I never cursed at his operator. He is lying. i was told I would receive the 100.00 I paid. I did not. The hall I rented was a daycare. There were little children there. I asked several times to be made last and to call before delivery, and you guys did not, and would not accept your mistake. Your operator and I both talked it out and agreed it was a mistake. Your aggression shows why your rating is so low. Again, horrible customer service. Consumers beware!!!!
Terrible service! As an event planner with my own business I cannot believe how inconsiderate and just not flexible they are. Rented some chairs and tables for a meeting (non delivered) and unfortunately I had no way of returning them at that moment. I called to see if I could PAY pickup since it was due soon. The lady was very cold and did not want to give me some way to have the chairs and tables I get picked up. It was frustrating and just plain bad business from their end. I mean, someone is willing to pay you up to $80 to get a pick up and you have no lead way? You have to idea what happened for that person to need a rental pickup. I had a miracle occur when a family member offered their truck unexpectedly to deliver them back. If it wasn't for them I would not know what to do. Never ever! Using their service nor will I have my customers and colleagues use their service.
