I was extremely pleased with their service and professionalism. I needed a foam replacement for my sleeper couch because it started to sag. I got a response to my inquiry the same day, and they suggested an onsite inspection that had availability within 24-48 hours and had an inspection fee, which I agreed to. The technician arrived on time, diagnosed and determined they could fix it in my apartment, and gave me a quote. I agreed and scheduled the actual repair. Again, the same technician arrived on time with the materials and completed the work. After I inspected it, I was charged what was on the quote. No surprise charges. As a nice touch, their office checked in to confirm I was happy with the service.

Update since my previous review: their services have definitely fallen off since my last review. I was canceled on the same day of my appointment TWICE after adjusting my work schedule. When a technician did come, he was misinformed by the receptionists so the appointment was a waste of time. Extremely inconvenient. My couch was too big for my apartment. I called Sunday and they quickly set up an appointment for Wednesday. It was a bit pricey, but the job was done quickly, efficiently and my couch looks great.
