I have no idea how anyone that has ever done an actual escape room before can leave this dump 5 stars! This is NOT an escape room experience. A real escape room that’s worth the money you pay has several rooms, trap doors, A ROOF TO THE ROOM, and really cool props and backgrounds that make it so interesting and fun like you’re in the experience. The place is literally a one room cubicle with the entire ceiling open!!! You could hear people walking in the mall and all the people in their cubicles! It was a joke. As soon as they rushed through the employees speedy introduction ( in real escape rooms they have it on a tv screen), she shut the door. We looked around at each other and started cracking up. No way in hell I was spending $140 for an hour stuck in that tiny room with 4 kids. I walked out and requested a refund. The store manager… older woman, homely, no makeup, long brown scraggly hair and glasses…. Got very rude with me and refused a refund until I demanded the owners number. She finally said “ FINE! ILL GIVE YOU YOUR REFUND BUT DONT EVER COME BACK!” …… geez lady you won’t have to worry about that! AVOID THIS PLACE GO TO THE GREAT ESCAPE ITS SO FUN!!

This was one of the most basic escape rooms I have ever done. I wont be going back. Not worth the $30 each. There was nothing but combo locks to get clues. And the whole story didnt make sense. I have done all of Easton escape rooms and New Albany escape rooms which are SO MUCH BETTER! Don't waste your time or money

Kyra and Justine were great. Super kids friendly exception and excellent staff. The girls had a blast and the parents got to enjoy some shopping. Thank you for the great time! Will be back and highly recommended.

We had such a great time here! The Naab and Greer were super helpful in all the right ways. They gave us hints when we needed them without giving anything away, which made the puzzles even more fun. They could tell we were really trying, so they even gave us a little extra time to finish, which we really appreciated. The room itself was creative, challenging, and really well designed. You can tell they care about making sure everyone has a great experience. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a fun, supportive, and exciting escape room adventure. We’ll definitely be back!

Super fun experience! We had a fairly small group with a quick room. It was low key and pretty logical puzzles. It's come back and would call it a great place for someone just getting into escape rooms or looking for their a great experience. Staff were helpful and low pressure. Give then a try!
