Buyer beware!!!! For reference, we’ve used All Miami Party in past years and have a great experience 👍🏻 But this year for Thanksgiving … poor quality chairs and tables! Loose tables legs (all 4 that we rented) that required our guests to be careful sitting and eating because they would sway. Chairs that had backs that were also loose 👀 Upon bringing it to the attention of the company, we were told it was a matter of tightening the legs. I replied I understood mechanics but was I supposed to do it?? He said I should have inspected the equipment … except, we were not home at the time of the delivery. I guess my fault 👀 He was more concerned about receiving the Zelle and remaining balance of the order than addressing our concern. 🤷🏻♂️ Either way … we won’t be back! Beware of the lack of customer service we received … we won’t make the same mistake again. Good luck everyone in their search for quality table, chairs, rentals, and … customer service! Just sharing our experience … 🤦🏻♂️

Alex and Daniela attended us amazingly, definitely recommend them for any event. They were at the holiday lightning event in downtown Miami and they treated us very delightedly, all smiles & patience with every customer they had. Would definitely book with them for any party event, looking forward in having them in any future event i’ll be having.

I contacted All Miami Party Rental through message and was able to get a quote and book a waterslide all through text, it was very easy and convenient. The day prior to delivery I received all the information on delivery and point of contact; Alex was very responsive and arrived on time. He is very nice and helped set-up everything like we wanted to. All the kids at the party had a blast, I definitely recommend them!

Everything was clean, set up quickly, and the kids had a blast. Definitely recommend for any party needs. Oh, and I was able to handle everything thru text!!
