Jose and Mark are amazing. I will 100% recommend the 2 of them to anyone. They were very aware of mine and my husbands sensitive situation and went totally above and beyond the call of duty. I am completely impressed with the 2 of them and the company itself. There are no words to describe how well my husband and I along with our belongings were handled with such care. Jose & Mark should be used as an example of how high the bar should be set when it comes to movers. If anyone is considering this company for your moving needs I urge you to request Jose & Mark. We picked this company due to their price being better than everybody else that we talked to. The movers that they sent we're very careful with every piece of furniture and box that they handled. They were very detail oriented, polite and very professional at all times and even took extra care when a piece of glass did not fit properly into our hutch, they used extra time to make sure that everything was put back together the way it came apart. Everything went smoothly from booking to closing of the move. We will definitely be using them again for when our daughters move and recommending this company.
Ashley and Denzel were absolutely amazing! I had to move on very quickly and they truly worked a miracle for me. They handled everything efficiently and moved my belongings in record time without any issues. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend this company!
A moving day with All My Sons: You will be told the day before to expect a crew from 12-4pm. You will not hear anything until you call them at 3:30pm. Once they arrive at exactly the latest possible time in the window, they will smell like marijuana. They will then proceed with the move and avoid putting protection on the most expensive item you own (Gaming PC). A few seconds after the commitment to no protection of the item, they will drop the PC. They will then avoid telling you and carry the broken PC to the truck still unprotected. They will finish up the initial work and you will beat them to the next destination by 20 mins. Once there they will suddenly have the broken item covered up with a protective blanket. They will finish the move along with checking their phone every time they go in and out, and leave behind the blanket still hiding the broken item. They will then make sure you sign everything confirming the move, before they uncover the broken item. You will then confront them about the broken item and be lied to and told that nothing occurred. Hopefully, you then have RING footage of the mover acknowledging a broken piece falling out of the blanket they used to hide the broken PC. The mover proceeds to pick up the pace to avoid being associated. That piece will remain in your front yard, UNPICKED UP, until you find it the next few days. You will then call the local office to request a refund for the dishonest, disrespectful, and irresponsible service. Unfortunately you will be on the phone with the store manager, Sunny. He will then proceed to tell you that “your items made it from point A to point B at the end of the day, we are not responsible for bad service. You will then put in a claim for the broken item. Once the claim is processed, you will be told they can only give you 120$, because it will be considered fraud. Please do not make the same mistake as me. Check the reviews before choosing the worst company possible. If you do still make the horrible decision to use All My Sons. Make sure to buy the highest insurance policy to cover for the guy who just smoked a joint before he got to you. Please enjoy the photos of the damages and screenshots of RING footage. The screenshots show the guy who “knew nothing about any broken PC” clearly seeing a broken item. As well as the photo of him look at his phone during the HOURLY RATE move. If you would like the videos, please reach out! 😁 Update as of 12/2/25, Jason the person who commented under this post representing the customer service team never reached out. It took a BBB claim to finally have an email sent my way. The email stated that they could only increase my claim by $50. Obviously I thought this was unacceptable and held out longer. I then received an email from google reviews showing that I had reached 1,000 views on my review. I sent this email screenshot over and suddenly I received an offer of $250. Initially I was told that they could not go higher than $120 because it would be considered fraud. Of course, that is until you show them that they are losing customers. I still haven’t received anything for the poor service and will not agree to the claim document that requires all bad reviews be removed. Long story short, All My Sons customer service will ignore you over and over. They will try their hardest to avoid paying for items that they damaged. Hoping that I can help as many people as possible avoid this company. I received an email today that my review has now been viewed by 10,000 people. THANK YOU ALL! I am willing to give up the $250, if it means that you won’t waste your money.
Dom, Jose U, Travis, Terrell were absolutely amazing! Complete care with all our stuff and wrapped everything and treated everything like it was theres, AND they were FAST, started at 9am, hour and a half drive and done by 215pm with a bunch of stuff and a 2 story house thats not easy. 10/10 across the board.
