The team at All My Sons were excellent. Denzell did a great job in communicating, reconfirming, answering all my questions. They called the morning of the move to make an adjustment to the team coming, but everyone was still on time. My movers, Jon, Dre and Nick were excellent. They were courteous, efficient and careful with all of our belongings. We highly recommend them!
Keep away if you can! First off I was insulted by this company not once, but twice! Initially at the time of the move, but when I called inquiring about the amount that I was offered due to the damage of my items! If you ever call and talk to Ace, just hang up. He was rude and condescending. He told me that “you can read what you are signing”. When I asked to speak to his manager he told me that there was no one to negotiate. I was not asking for that! I wanted to report his tone and his response. This was my first time using a moving company and was hoping that this company would have worked out, but it seems to me that they can be condescending to their customers! You get what you pay for!
Since I know no one is patient reading the whole comment I’ll summarize and say that it was a bad experience. 1. They were not clear about what was included on their fees 2. They sold me that “they would disassemble and reassemble everything to then learn that it was only the bed 3. They did not reassemble anything otherwise they would exceed the estimate time and double the price (while I was booking they assured me that it would take 3 to 3,5 hour to do everything) 4. People from customer service were rude 5. I had more than 10 items damaged 6. I opened a claim and they will reimburse part of it I cried. That’s it.
Horrible moving experience. I hired 4 men to move our 2bed 1.5 house. They came in all smelling of weed and high. Which I don’t care as long as you do the work I hired you for and they didn’t. Only 2 men moved stuff at a time. The other 2 were hiding in the truck or outside. It took them 6.5 hours to move our 1600 sf home into the truck. They told me they couldn’t move anymore because of time. I was very pregnant at the time and I ended up having to move a ton of stuff. They skipped half of the boxes in the basement and attic. And they told me both areas were cleared. They damaged our bedroom floor badly, the wall, the front door and in our new house the front door, the floor and wall. When I called to tell them about the damage they ignored me. I never got through. I left many messages and emails with no answer. Horrible customer service and horrible movers.
John and DJ were great. On schedule, treated all the furniture with great care. And they did not get mad my at the wife, that alone they deserve 5 stars. I would highly recommend All my sons to all. I would ask for John and his team if you want to get the best.
