I can not even imagine how I could have made my long distance move without the exceptional professionalism and teamwork that Joe,Gary,Wes,and Ty from All My Sons Nashville provided. Communication was top notch, friendly, respectful and accurate. The care each one took to assure my belongings were packed securely and thoughtfully amazed me. This team worked consistently and efficiently all with a positive and above and beyond courteous demeanor. I highly recommend all my sons Nashville and will always recommend them. Especially if you are fortunate to have the team I had!!! Ever grateful!!!
Highest recommendation possible. Chris, Jacob and Lucas in one truck. Second truck was DQ and AB. Absolute professionals. Every one of them ! Courteous and caring folks. Excellent communication before, during and after the move. Not a single item broken, not a single wall or floor scratched. They treated us like gold and we are beyond impressed and would recommend this company and these crews to anybody needing to move your home. Use us as a reference anytime ! Don and Connie Grindle.
The team was very professional and great to work with. As a prior army officer who had many moves throughout the years, this was one of the most efficient and professional moves I have experienced. They were flexible and made sure the job was done to my satisfaction before we wrapped up. Thanks again for the great work and again i can't recommend these guys enough, especially how fast they worked and the care they took of my items being moved.
This was the worst experience with a moving company. They not only didnt put me down on their schedule for the day I booked. I called asking where the guys were and they said they had me on another day. Had custom made furniture make it all the way here across the ocean uncrated and in perfect condition only to be dropped by the movers. $3000 custom dresser with solid marbe top destroyed. You cant just replace the entire marble top. I even paid for the extra protection coverage. They wanted to offer me $300 to fix. Their own employees called the manager after it happened to let them know they did drop it and we needed confirmation on them replacing it. I was assured I would be made whole. They lied and have given me the run around. Dont trust these people with your furniture.
I originally left a 5 star review, because I was instructed to do so while all of my movers stood in my kitchen while I was there by myself and made me complete the 5 star google review and then called an office representative to make sure I told her (again, in front of them) that I had a good move. It is now 2 months later and I feel comfortable speaking about this. My move was not good. There are still items I cannot find because everything was packed so poorly. Almost all of my things were packed into wardrobe boxes. I had 5 foot tall boxes jam packed full of things (pics attached—even when they put hanging clothes into the boxes they just shoved them inside on their hangers and jam packed the box full to the very top. We had to rewash or dry clean everything because every item was so wrinkled). They were absolutely not used for hanging clothes as intended, they didn’t even install the hanging bar on the boxes. It was the most chaotic, haphazard thing I have ever encountered. The lead guy on my move broke my freezer as he was “helping” me get some ice out of it (I did not ask for help) and he stabbed my freezer wall with a screw driver causing all the gas to leak freely and we could not use it ever again. The same man made me extremely uncomfortable numerous times, once telling me he looked up my house on Zillow and then told me how much I paid for my home. Incredibly awkward. The team discussed among themselves numerous times that not all of the guys on my move had completed training to know the company’s procedures for packing. The team lead told the team numerous times IN FRONT OF ME to cut corners (like not properly wrapping televisions, and refusing to wrap my glass candles in paper at my specific request). The team did not have the green carpets that they are supposed to put down throughout the home, which meant they were rolling dirty dollies all through my new house and over my white carpet. I was shocked because the website told a VERY different story for what I could expect versus what I experienced. This was absolutely not 5 stars, but this company will absolutely force you to complete a review in front of them and tell their bosses that they did a great job when they don’t. Three of the guys were very nice and respectful, but were definitely limited by the team lead. He was very rude, disrespectful, and was instructing the guys to cut corners. I will NEVER recommend this company or use them again. Horrible experience and we paid them $8,000. Highway robbery for the services we received.
