We came here for a one-hour karaoke session for 2 people. It came with two tasty cocktails and some of the yummiest nachos I have had! Great value for money.

PSA: they will contact you and promise a response within 3 days and not answer after 10 days and still counting. This is extremely poor. Not even a phone number to chase this up. Avoid and take your money elsewhere. Original review as follows. Went for Karaoke, arrived around 20mins early and was told to come back closer to booking, so we went and got a drink which was decent price and was of good quality. Once in the room, it was not properly cleaned / sanitised as we went in immediately after another group with no time in-between for a reset for example so this was a concern. Once in the room, the song choice was lacking. Halfway through, the TV screen used turned off and we had to waste paid booking time to resolve this and was not offered extra time after a mistake that was out of our control. One of the microphones also stopped working halfway through which was due to the battery dying which again we had to leave through our paid time and was not resolved as it still kept on dying. This overall a mid experience, and I would not recommend or consider visiting again. Please can this feedback be taken onboard and I would like to request compensation for this poor experience.

Booked in Karoake. The floors were very sticky which is quite annoying, it would have been good if they kept the floor clean. Lots of options for songs and was fun. Wish it was a bit brighter in the room

Terrible shady looking street with some vintage shops, food on the street isn’t tasty except 1-2 restaurants. Worth mentioning a hidden gem - a handmade chocolates and very tasty hot chocolate served in a chocolate shop. Its the only one on the street.

I love All Star Lanes! I was excited to visit this branch when visiting the area, I would go all the time if I lived nearer. They always have a cool retro vibe and I enjoy the more boutique setting, it makes a change from large loud bowling alleys. Plus you can stop for a bite to eat in their restaurant area or enjoy a cocktail in their swanky bar space. A perfect place for a date actually. On my visit, the staff were friendly and went out of their way to make my day. Excellent service ✨!
