Wonderful, honest and professional! My hot water heater was not heating. I had an estimate from another plumbing company. They charged 49.95 to look at my hw heater and quoted me $3,500.00 to replace it. All Star called me and said they would give a free quote. Bobby came out immediately and discovered my husband had just turned a dial wrong. All Star didn't charge us at all. We're seniors citizens and they gave us faith in good people. From $3,500.00 from another company to a caring and honest company made a big difference to us! Thank you All Star. My friend, Katie will be calling you tomorrow for service!

We called All Star Plumbing to check out plugged up drains that were backing up our kitchen sink. They came out promptly and explained the options clearly. They started with the snake and were able to get the sinks draining easily. The technician Joe said that additional services such as the hydrojet were not needed in our case. He could have easily told us differently and we would have been none the wiser. He declined a tip and even suggested a home remedy for keeping the pipes clean. Great job and thanks Allstate Plumbing! :)

Excellent experience. Johnny evaluated my leaky bathtub faucet, provided me advice on how to take advantage of the cartridge warranty, and made the return and replacement process as smooth as possible. The issue was fixed completely in no time at all. Additionally, he was so kind when he realized that we are a military family in the middle of deployments. Due to his thoughtfulness and expertise, All Star Plumbing will be my go-to choice for all future plumbing needs!

They came out, after receiving a ridiculous estimate from a different company, and estimated a respectable offer. I am grateful for the work they did. Septic abandonment and sewer tie in. They were respectful of my property, clean, and efficient. I recommend them to anyone who asks from small jobs to big jobs. Thank you for a job well done and exceeding my expectations.
