We had our car detailing and cleaning last November 26. We just checked the trunk and It seems like it wasn't cleaned at all. This is not a good experience with the service considering that you have high reviews online. Follow up review- December 23, 2025 When this incident happened, we contacted them to report what occurred. They said that Ernesto would get back to us and clean the missed trunk. We waited for a month, but they never followed up. Today, I sent them another message, but it seems like they no longer plan to clean it because of the negative review I wrote. That’s totally fine. However, I want others to know how they handled our case. I hope they don’t treat other customers the way they treated us and that they improve their service.
