If you are searching for an auto body repair shop, you have found it at Allen Auto Body! Kenny, Amanda, Hope and the whole team make up a friendly, compassionate and professional shop. Amanda, with her knowledge of vehicle repair and the insurance industry, is someone you will want on your side when dealing with insurance. Kenny and the guys in the back always made sure we had access to our car even when we would show up right before closing time. Although our car was a total, I have no doubt the repairs would have been performed to the highest level of quality. If you find yourself in need of auto body repairs, go see them and you will understand why this is a 5 STAR review. Larry & Shelli M
I 100% recommend this place to anyone. Amanda was extremely helpful, informative and knowledgeable! The whole process was easy going, the repair is flawless and my car was very clean upon pick up. If you want your repairs to be done right, this is the place!
Top Level Work. These people love to share their knowledge which helped me to make an informed decision about repairs to my car. Locally owned. I got to deal directly with Amanda, & Kenny. I was invited to check out their entire facility. Its all modern state of the art equipment. Even the imported Italian made frame machine. They have an amazingly nice paint booth, as well as the high tech paint mixing room. You can tell they have poured their heart and souls into this business. They were sure to try to cover every detail regarding every aspect of what would be done to repair my car and what to expect as a finished product. My car came out great. My expectations were exceeded. Bottom line - these are truly good people, but I hope I don't have to deal with them again. Obviously I don't want my car to have to need any further work done to it. But if I ever do I will look forward to coming back and work with Amanda and Kenny and their staff again.
Alan’s Body Shop is AMAZING! My brand new car was side swiped in a parking lot and they fixed everything! It looks brand new again! Amanda went above and beyond to help us!! And they guarantee their work for as long as you own the car!! If you need ANY body work done take it to them!! You won’t regret it!!! Thank you Alan’s Body shop!!
If you want to get your car back to OG (obsessed garage) level, check these guys out! Amanda was amazing at explaining and educating me on the techniques used, comparing it to what steps are often omitted by other repair shops. She explained all the ways you might see a color discrepancy and why their craftsmanship minimizes or completely removed that variable. I had a grocery cart blow into my car and now my doors look and feel like they are brand new. The only downside I see is that I have to wait the (understandable & recommended) 45 days for the paint and clear coat to cure before I can apply my ceramic coating since they had to polish it off in the first place. An intangible bonus is that they have unique experience working with insurance companies and I truly learned more by listening to Allen Auto Body. Bottom line, if you love your car, the way it looks, and still see it as a new car, take your car here for repairs!
