Dulce did a great job teaching today. She shared insightful tips that helped me understand the techniques better, breaking down complex moves into clear, manageable steps. She carefully corrected my form with practical advice, adjusting my posture and grip to make the techniques more effective and safer. Her sense of humor keeps the mood light and fun, which really made the class enjoyable even during tough drills.
Absolutely amazing Jiu Jitsu training! The coaches are patient, knowledgeable, and really pay attention to proper technique and safety.
