I highly recommend this location for Live Scan fingerprinting services. I had a very tight travel schedule and Sequoia was very accommodating and responsive. Overall the process fast and efficient.

I flew in from out-of-state for a same-day turnaround trip to get a Live Scan done, among other errands. Given that I was pressed for time, I intentionally chose Alliance because they required appointments. Which helped ensure I would be seen on the day I flew in. I booked my appointment a few days before my trip, and it was easy to schedule. I immediately received my confirmation email, followed by a detailed email with directions and parking information, which was extremely helpful when navigating downtown. Upon arrival, Sequoia was so sweet and incredibly helpful from beginning to end. During our conversation, I discovered he could help me check off other items on my to-do checklist! Where do I start with this amazing experience? I recently passed my personal lines exam for insurance and in order to finalize that process I was required to complete fingerprint scanning which I had never done before. I go to YELP/Google for all my recommendations and came across this company, excellent reviews and raves about Sequoia. I emailed him and received a response within 10 minutes and was able to set up an appointment that best fit my schedule. Now of course I have the worst sense of navigation and he was able to come find me and walked me to his office. I have not received such attentive service elsewhere and I will be recommending him to all my colleagues, family and friends! Apart from the great service, his prices are great compared to other places and I am so glad I went to him. Once you find Sequoia, your search is over. Go to him, you won't regret it.
