had an issue with my nails initially, but I really appreciate how professionally they handled it. They took responsibility and fixed my nails patiently until I was satisfied. The staff was polite, understanding, and made sure the final result was perfect. Great customer service and dedication to client satisfaction. I’m happy with my nails now and would definitely recommend them.”
So I went to Aloha on Regent, didn't listen to me and was rude refused to fix what they messed up, so we had to take our business else where to get them re done and ended up at aloha McPhillips and all the ladies when I came in were so helpful and knew I needed a re do so Kevin the amazing guy he is re did my nails and I walked out happy smiling and almost in tears for all they did and wanting to show off my Christmas nails. Kevin and aloha on McPhillips i truly can't thank you enough for everything you did. Merry Christmas 🎄 I found my new nail guy such a blessing. First 2 pics were before and last is the one Kevin did
Absolutely professional and an impeccably clean salon. Sam & Kim are beautiful souls and very very talented! A classic French set is not an easy task. Thank you so much for this amazing fresh set.
I had my nails done with shellac from another place and they destroyed my nails, so I went to Aloha and Tracey did my nails. She was so kind and gentle, I love them!!! She was patient and careful and did a fantastic job! Today I went for a pedicure and Lynn did my feet, she did awesome and they feel so soft and look so good! All of them there are so friendly and welcoming, if you want to be pampered I’d go there!! I will be back again that is for sure!!
Such a clean studio, the nail tech did my nails so well! And the customer service is really good also! The lady at check out was super sweet. I live on the other side of the city but I will definitely be coming back!
