My experience at Aloha Personal Training was phenomenal! I had already been on a fitness journey before joining, but had reached a plateau. My PT Ethan was so valuable at getting me over the hump and helping me to reach my final goals. He was so knowledgeable and gave me the confidence I needed to try certain exercises and workout machines that I had been previously self-conscious about doing. And he armed me with the mind body connection to make what I was doing safe and effective. Ethan is the best! I highly recommend him and this company to anyone.
I've been training with APT for several years now and I love them! Jon and Candace's approach to training is different than any other personal trainers that I have worked with...they create individualized plans to get you to your goals, including your diet! It's not just a workout, it's doing the right exercises - the right way, eating the right food, creating a healthy lifestyle. Their whole team of trainers are very knowledgeable and friendly! I highly recommend them!
I really enjoyed learning from Jill at Aloha Personal Training! All of the staff are wonderful and were ready to work with me to build a healthier lifestyle. What I really liked is that exercises are tailored to whatever your health goals are, plus you can take everything at your speed. As someone who didn’t really know where to begin with creating a workout for themselves (and too nervous to enter a gym), at the end of my 30 sessions, I became more confident and knowledgeable in using gym equipment. Jill also taught me exercises I can do at home too! Overall, really great experience and I definitely do feel stronger and more confident in myself :)
Aloha Personal Training is the best personal training I have ever experienced! I have loved all types of workouts ever since playing soccer and volleyball as a kid. As I have aged, I continually need to find new ways to keep my body strong, active and injury free as well as my mind motivated. Jon and Candice are able to listen to my goals and work with me to achieve them with engaging, fun and hard workouts. I am always sore after. They also have so many value adds like body type analysis, food journaling, community, and continued learning. I am grateful to have found these amazing people and continue to refer all my family and friends. Anyone and everyone can benefit from sessions at APT!!!
Such a beautiful facility with really talented trainers on staff. I have been working out with Candace for years now and I know personally I am stronger and better at my gymnastics and barbell movement as a result of her coaching. Her and Coach Jon have built a really neat and organized training gym that is a pleasure to workout in!!! Give them your fullest attention if you want to get stronger or improve in any athletic area
