Sadly my review below no longer applies for a normal customer, as Alpha IT no longer services walk in pc repair, only businesses. I understand why they chose to make this business decision, but it still leaves me exceptionally disappointed as finding trustworthy and reliable computer repair is very difficult in this town. In the world of automobiles and computers, I'm a layman. Finding a repairman who I can rely on is crucial, especially when I know little to nothing about what's going on "under the hood" in a vehicle or a pc. That being said I walked into Alpha IT Solutions with my pc after having been to three other pc repair locations in Fort Wayne. What had stumped numerous other businesses turned out to be a tough fix, but Dave and his team were patient, communicated with me regulary about their process, and ultimately fixed the issue. Dave is a solid guy, and you will not regret entrusting him with your computer. If you're on the fence on where to take your pc for repairs, let me nudge you confidently towards Alpha IT Solutions. When you find a business that is professional, competent, caring, and most importantly trustworthy, you know you've found a keeper.

Have bought two or three computers from Dave at Alpha. They do a great job setting it up with the features you need. They give you the information you need to make a smart buying decision. I need a laptop and will not hesitate to buy again from Dave and Alpha.

I would definitely recommend Alphapcmac.com for all of your computer repair needs. Dave was responsive and transparent throughout the process. He explained how he was diagnosing my computer issues, and what the next steps would be. He is very knowledgeable and professional, and he goes above and beyond to deliver quality service at a fair price.

I had a great experience with Dave at Alphapcmac. We purchased a computer from them after ours crashed. They were able to install additional RAM and an additional Network card to meet my needs and had it done before I got to the store. I had further questions after the sale and Dave was very helpful. Good support, friendly, will shop here again when necessary.

J'avais un problème avec la mise à jour de Windows que je n'arrivais pas à résoudre. Après avoir fait le tour et reçu une estimation de 50$ juste pour l'examiner par une entreprise, j'ai décidé de choisir Alpha. Dave a été très serviable et a résolu mon problème pour un prix très bas. Je m'attendais honnêtement à payer plus de 100$ et ce n'était pas du tout le cas (et il y avait même une réduction étudiante). J'ai aussi constaté que les accessoires (câbles, etc.) qu'ils vendent étaient nettement moins chers que chez Best Buy et d'autres grandes chaînes de magasins et je prévois de les utiliser pour tous mes besoins informatiques futurs. De plus, leurs heures d'ouverture sont excellentes ! Merci les gars !
