I had the incredible opportunity to work with Allissa as a private event vendor, and she was an absolute joy to collaborate with. She's very talented at what she does, truly a natural connector with a gift for making everyone she interacts with feel valued. Allissa is extremely organized and has a meticulous eye for detail, ensuring every aspect of the event is executed seamlessly. I would work with her again in a heartbeat and sincerely hope to have the opportunity to do so soon. If I were still a bride, she would be my first choice as a wedding planner. If you’re in the market for one, I can’t recommend Allissa and her team at Altar’d Events highly enough!
Allissa is/was an out-of-this world, amazing wedding planner. Truly, I do not know what we would have done without her assisting us with wedding planning, I think I may have gone crazy without her. She was responsive, punctual, creative, proactive, and I felt like she could read my mind and provide me solutions before I could even ask the question. She made our big day so incredibly special and I would recommend her ten times over to anyone who is looking for wedding planning services.
Allissa and her staff are AWESOME. Alissa is everything she shares on her website and more. She is authentic, creative, fun, funny, caring, and smart. She chose the best venues and people to help after listening to what we wanted. Kiran's and Ben's wedding was perfect in every detail. Alissa was with us a good part of the weekend and the entire wedding evening. Minor issues were fixed immediately. Minor changes and requests were granted instantly. All the best adjectives apply to Allissa. I cannot express how grateful my family and I are for her. She made all the hard work look like fun. I actually do believe that she loves every aspect of what she does and has fun doing it. ***************** Google will not allow another review, so I am adding to this one. We decided to have a carriage ride party (we've had a few in the past) and my husband suggested that Allissa plan it (I'm going through cancer treatment). I said, I think Allissa only does weddings. Well, Allissa said yes! It was the best experience, just like our daughter's wedding. There is no wonder why Allissa has 100% 5 star reviews. She is falling-off-a-log easy to work with and brilliant, creative ... Grateful
Allissa is a bougie virgo's dream!! Our wedding was easily the best day of our lives and that is predominantly due to Allissa's fantastic planning. From our first meeting, Allissa was unbelievably organized and honestly just a blast to work with. She also knows the best vendors in town and was able to immediately make recommendations based on our vision and personalities. If you're engaged and wondering if you should hire a planner, firstly OMG CONGRATS and second, YES and definitely choose Allissa :) You will not regret it. We miss her already tbh
Awesome experience! Every detail was covered and absolutely stunning. Allissa was easy to work with and took care of everything. When issues arose, she dealt with it and told us afterwards! So appreciate her taking on the stress! The day of the wedding, she was efficient and unobtrusive. Cannot recommend her enough!
