I spent a few months researching companies to get help and was hitting a lot of dead ends. From the moment I spoke with Admissions to the day I admitted to Alter, it was such an easy process. The staff at Dana Point made many efforts to ensure my experience was a pleasant one. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
My little brother was at Sharp Mesa & was very unstable; it was scary to see him like that. My family searched high & low for aftercare and it was a blessing to find Alter. From the moment we contacted Admissions to the time they picked my brother up from the hospital, the process was seamless. My brother stabilized at the La Mesa home and received top notch care and guidance before leaving for his outpatient treatment center. Our family is very thankful for this opportunity Alter gave us to help our family. Thank you.
My child started at the San Diego location for stabilization. This program is incredible. I am in disbelief how much progress she made in just two short weeks. The clinical and nursing staff is top notch!!! My child got her meds adjusted and overall stabilized her! Thank you Alter!!
San Diego Alter is very professional. it was a safe place for a family member to heal within a residential setting. The staff were responsive and kind, food was awesome. I felt relieved that our family member was cared for by an expert team.
This place is AMAZING. Thank you so much for your care, attention, dedication and for treating my husband with respect. He was just discharged on Sunday, I was able to spend some time with him and the difference from when he went in was night and day!! I cannot thank you enough for all you did for him, for allowing him a second chance in life. I highly recommend Alter they are professional but most importantly they honestly care!!
