We just celebrated my son’s 5th birthday there and the experience was great . Friendly staff, not overcrowded space , fun and clean and good value for money. Will recommend to a friend
The place was great to take my kid. The LOUD CONSTANT beeping of a fire alarm or alarm system COMPLETELY ruined alot of the experience however. I guess staff doesn't know how to turn it off or could careless because they didn't do anything about it.
Had my son's birthday party here, our party host, Jordan, was FANTASTIC!
Piper was an awesome host! From the moment my kids and their friends walked in, she was a breath of fresh air ,friendly, professional, and full of positive energy. She immediately let me know about the special offers available at the time so we could take advantage of them, which I really appreciated. We went on a Sunday evening, and she made the experience smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. My kids had a blast ,we’ll definitely be back!
My girls wanted to go to a trampoline park for their birthday and we had a few bad experiences with Urban Air so we decided to try something new. We were very pleasantly surprised. Great prices, way less strict on things that shouldn’t matter like what grip socks are worn. But rules were enforced where they mattered. The lady at check in was nice and helpful. The park was super clean and not overly crowded. My girls 6 and 9 had soo much fun. It was a great workout for my husband and I too! We will definitely be back!
